Apple has just cut shipment projections for its Vision Pro headset device in half as the little initial demand there was for the product has dropped off a cliff.

You can read my earlier articles about this product launch and see how skeptical I was about it. I honestly had no idea why Apple thought it’d be a good idea to put out a $3,499 virtual reality headset device considering the horrible economic conditions that exist. People can barely afford to pay for food and rent let alone a $3,499 set of ski googles. It doesn’t matter how cool or great the technology allegedly is or isn’t considering the current situation.

I think it is safe to say that this product launch has totally failed. There were some technology enthusiasts and early adopters who bought one, but there’s been zero mainstream interest in it. I’m still confused as to the real life practical applications of it. How does this thing improve my life or make me more productive? Nobody at Apple has been able to explain this to me.

Apple is another American company in serious decline. The iPhone is losing market share and they’ve failed to innovate anything that people actually want in the past decade or so. The company basically began to die a slow death when Steve Jobs passed away and the homosexual Tim Cook took over. Jobs would have never greenlit a device like the Vision Pro.
