TikTok is suing the United States government over the ban that was put in place against them. They basically have to sell the app to Jews or they can no longer operate in the US. They are saying that the ban violates free speech provisions of the Constitution.

Considering how corrupt and Jewish the US government and the court system is, it is doubtful that their lawsuit will succeed. However, I fully support them suing simply because of the political implications. They are correct that it is a violation of free speech but as we have seen over and over again we are living in a post-Constitutional system where nothing in it seems to matter.

This whole thing was a case of Jews banning TikTok because TikTok was allowing speech on the site that Jews did not like. The talk about it being a national security issue involving China is bullshit. The Jewish Anti-Defamation League and Jonathan Greenblatt were making a big deal about TikTok as were other Jews and their Republican shills in Congress prior to the ban being pushed through.
