Kharkov is historically a Russian city and it will belong to Russia once again. The Ukrainian military which has been in a perpetual state of collapse no longer has the manpower to defend it.
I would expect Russia to take back Kharkov and eventually proceed to take back Odessa. As the Kiev regime continues its disintegration, we could see Russia move their forces towards the Dnieper River and potentially take Kiev itself.
