The war is going so well for the Ukraine that they just forced their Minister of Defense to resign. He’s been replaced with a Moslem who doesn’t seem to have any sort of viable military experience.

This is just another admission that they are losing the war. If they were winning, there’d be no need to replace the top guy running the military with somebody who has no relevant military experience.
There’s probably also a number of other corrupt reasons as to why this change was made.
