Pentagon spokesman John Kirby was asked to offer an explanation as to why more and more countries are dumping the US Dollar. He said that he had no good answer to the question even though the answer is obvious.
Kim’s tweet is spot on.

The US has abused its privilege in having the world’s reserve currency and used it as a weapon against any part of the world that opposed them. This was backed up with the power of the military.
The problem they have now is that the world no longer fears the US military after the embarrassing exit in Afghanistan.
On top of that, when the US started aggressively forcing Russia out of various economic systems, it was a signal to other countries that they could find themselves in a similar position. So as a result, they have been looking at ways to get rid of the US Dollar and any reliance they may have on it.
Also, I doubt that the Jewish agenda of Antony Blinken lecturing countries about legalizing homosexuality and other weird sexual behaviors has helped with this.
Kirby probably knows the answer, but he is a professional liar and propagandist. He would be fired if he told the truth about anything.
