The United States government is saying that there is no proof of Israel intentionally committing war crimes in Gaza. John Kirby literally said this the other day.

Washington has seen no evidence that Israel deliberately committed war crimes in Gaza, US National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told reporters on Thursday.

Asked about Mexico and Chile’s call for the International Criminal Court to investigate crimes against humanity allegedly committed against Palestinians, Kirby claimed the US was “still gathering more information about what this would entail.”

“I want to say again, that we don’t have any indications that there’s deliberate efforts to commit war crimes by the [Israeli military],” he said.

The Israel Defense Forces have killed nearly 25,000 Palestinians in Gaza since declaring war on Hamas on October 7, according to the enclave’s health authorities. Another 60,000 have reportedly been seriously injured, while tens of thousands more are missing beneath the rubble of entire neighborhoods leveled by the Israeli bombardment.

There’s obviously ample evidence of purposeful war crimes. It’s actually unbelievable this man could get up in front of the press and say such a ridiculous lie. The Jews have been committing all sorts of war crimes for over 100 days now. These crimes have all been broadcast and documented in front of the entire world.

The Jews recently did a controlled demolition of the University of Palestine.

The Jews have bombed over half of all the buildings in Gaza including schools, mosques, hospitals and residential buildings. They’ve even gone so far as to bomb areas they told Palestinians were “safe zones.” It doesn’t get much more purposeful than that.

Kirby has to lie and say this because the US is providing Israel with the weapons to commit these crimes. They are directly complicit in the ongoing genocide and criminality.
