Attacking civilians is not a winning strategy in any war. The Ukrainians have been doing this throughout the war and did it again by shelling Belgorod just hours ago. Presumably this was their response to the recent barrage of air strikes from Russia. They literally targeted a Christmas display and killed many civilians including children.

Alexander Dugin thinks Russia may classify the Kiev regime as a terrorist entity after this attack on Belgorod.

The Kiev regime has always been an illegitimate entity. It was installed through a foreign Jewish coup back in 2014 and begin attacking Russian speakers in the eastern parts of the Ukraine who did not approve of this coup. That’s what led to this war and the situation we have today.
