Here’s a clip of John Kirby saying that 96 percent of funds for the Ukraine have already been spent.
The White House has announced that 96% of the allocated funds for various forms of support for Ukraine, including weapon supplies, have already been expended. đź‘€
This leaves only 4% of the planned funds remaining, which also includes weapon supplies.

The war is over. The only thing propping up the Ukraine regime were these funds from the US.
Russia has won. They will likely take more territory including Kharkov and Odessa. They will be dictating the terms and there is nothing the West can do or say about it.
