The City of Orlando recently boasted about the launch of a driverless shuttle they called the SWAN Shuttle.

The United States is truly the most retarded science fiction dystopia one could imagine. There hasn’t really been any meaningful technological innovation out of this country in years. New technology either serves no real practical purpose or fails to function properly. These driverless shuttles and automobiles are a good example of this.
We are a long way from seeing anything that resembles the Johnny Cab service in Total Recall and Johnny Cab wasn’t even that great.
