New York is awarding 225 black teachers at least $1 million dollars because they were disproportionately unable to pass the National Teacher's Exam.
The NTE is an objective test with basic math and fact questions like the one on the right.

It is basically just racist to expect blacks and other colorful individuals to pass tests or even take tests to begin with.
With things like this happening, it is impossible to believe that this system will be able to sustain itself.
