MSNBC has put out a tweet promoting a 2022 op-ed they did basically claiming that being physically fit is an indicator that you are some sort of evil right-wing Nazi person.

I’m not sure why they would feel the need to promote this old op-ed to push this idea that was previously mocked. It has only spawned further mockery and ridicule with people like Elon Musk, Joe Rogan and others chiming in.

Being in good physical shape should just be a basic default position of anybody regardless of their politics. Why would you not want to be in good physical shape? Why would you want to be fat, sick and weak?
It just shows you how these people are doing everything they can to promote the idea that you should not take care of yourselves. The fact that they want to claim that physical fitness is “right-wing” just shows how far everything has collapsed. Basic common sense things are being labeled as “right-wing” where as all sorts of weird and insane stuff is being pushed as “normal” when it is anything but.
