After the Russians destroyed large portions of the Ukraine’s energy and electrical infrastructure, the capital city Kiev has been having all sorts of problems. The city is preparing to setup around 1,000 heating points so the goy residents don’t freeze to death.

People all around Kiev have also been lining up in queues for water.
One of the unfortunate aspects of striking energy infrastructure is that water and other civilian services are disrupted.
