It isn’t “may have” though. They obviously violated the First Amendment and many other provisions in the Constitution. They were colluding with big tech companies to delete posts, ban their political opponents and what not. There were no consequences for them doing these things and I see no reason to believe in the short or medium term that there will be any consequences for their actions.
The Constitution in practice doesn’t exist. It was effectively abolished with the virus hoax, the lockdowns, the forced-vaxxing etc.. To this day nobody has been held accountable for that massive crime so why should we believe that these people will be held accountable for censoring free speech?
The United States is ruled by a totally illegitimate and corrupt Jewish regime. I think it is more likely that it will collapse from external pressures versus it being removed through any sort of democratic electoral process. We will see what happens though.
