This means there definitely won’t be a rally.
Cramer has been wrong about every prediction imaginable. He was recently telling people to buy Facebook before it plunged like 25 percent.
There was also his infamous Bear Stearns call back in 2008. He was telling people that the firm was doing great right before it collapsed.
People like this should not have any sort of tangible influence on society.
