Sri Lanka was having all sorts of problems prior to the Russian military action in the Ukraine. It was caused by stupid climate policies which destroyed their agriculture industry along with the lockdowns and other policies implemented because of the virus hoax.
It’s patently absurd to blame the Russians for what happened in Sri Lanka, but Jews aren’t known for telling the truth, so these comments from Blinken are totally expected.
