Brazil did vote to condemn Russia for their actions in Ukraine at the UN Security Council, but Jair Bolsonaro has issued statements indicating that this vote was just for show. They intend to remain neutral in the conflict.
Bolsonaro said he called Putin today and that Brazil will remain “neutral” in relation to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. “I understand that there is no interest on the part of the Russian leader to carry out a massacre", he said + https://t.co/7TcRqdkj0H
