I think most of us expected that much of this military aid being sent to Ukraine would either be stolen or be confiscated/destroyed by Russian forces. I did not expect that it would be stolen before getting sent over there, but I guess such a thing should not be a surprise.
This entire agenda of sending military aid to Ukraine is going to be about as effective as taking dollar bills and flushing them down a toilet. The fact that some of it is being stolen before it is even sent over there is just more proof of how stupid all this is.
