Can’t these people count? Do they not have calculators or Microsoft Excel software to properly do math?
This is such a transparent joke. They just manufactured an accounting error to justify dumping more money into this black hole of corruption.
Remember when Donald Trump just wanted a few billion dollars to build his wall on the southern border and we were told how there was no money for it? But now we suddenly have gazillions of dollars to dump into the Ukraine and accounting errors just popping up out of nowhere to justify the endless dumping.
Systems this corrupt eventually collapse. The only question is how and when it will happen.
