The US Navy tried to hide video and pictures of a jet fuel leak that contaminated the drinking water for thousands of military families. They put in a PVC pipe instead of a steel pipe which resulted in a terrible leak that polluted a key water source that military families used as their source of drinking water. Thousands of people got sick from the polluted water.

The attempt to hide all this failed. Video and pictures of the leak have been posted on the Internet.

Here we have another situation where nobody in the military is being held accountable for horrible disasters.

Remember Afghanistan? The only person I remember getting punished for that horrendous failure was the Marine officer who publicly criticized the failure and demanded accountability. Looks like we have a similar situation here. How much do you want to bet that the only person who will be held accountable for anything will be the person who leaked the video and images of the jet fuel leak?

The United States military continues to show that it is a totally dysfunctional entity. This is what happens when you do everything possible to discourage competent people to join.

There are numerous veterans I’ve seen on message boards openly discouraging people to join because of what the military has become. It is not the same organization that it was 20 years ago or even 10 years ago. It’s hard to say what it is other than a cesspool of corruption, incompetence and faggotry.
