Who the hell knows if this story is even true. Seems unlikely that people would just be openly calling any black person a nigger in a work setting these days.
But even if we assume the story is true, it is insane for anybody to receive $137 million for being called mean names.
Throughout our lives we’ve all had to deal with assholes and people who don’t like us for whatever reason. It is just a part of making it through life.
If I were Tesla, I would avoid this type of issue entirely by not employing blacks.
