The tech industry is continuing to reduce staff. Salesforce announced a 10 percent cut of their workers across the world.

This is long overdue. Many of these companies hired lots of useless women and minority people in positions they didn’t actually need.
The fact that Twitter is operating fine and actually improving after cutting like 75 percent of their staff is proof that these companies had way too many people working for them.
The interesting thing is that many companies are having a hard time finding people to fill actual real tangible jobs that require actual real skills. They are having this problem because they have treated the men who are qualified for them like total shit and many of these men have no incentive to take on these jobs.
