A man who claimed to be an active duty member of the American military set himself on fire outside of the Israeli embassy in Washington DC. He apparently did this to protest the ongoing genocide in Gaza. He has reportedly been taken to a hospital and is in critical condition.

Setting yourself on fire is certainly one of the most extreme forms of protest one can engage in. Based on what is trending on social media, his protest certainly has drawn a great deal of attention.
Will this change things? I seriously doubt it, but just the fact that someone was willing to set themselves on fire over what’s happening in Gaza is in of itself an indication of public sentiment. People around the world do not approve of what’s happening in Gaza and want accountability for the massive crimes the Jews have committed.
