Kari Lake did a livestream last night addressing the story about her declining a bribe from the now former Arizona GOP Chair Jeff DeWit. Basically Lake was offered a bribe from DeWit on behalf of people in Washington DC to suspend her Senate campaign. He quickly resigned after audio of their conversation was made public.

Lake actually talked about the incident without mentioning DeWit by name at her CPAC speech last year.

Lake answered a variety of questions about the bribery scandal and talked about how she has received a variety of death threats since getting involved in politics. She also described another story about a wealthy individual who offered to setup a political action committee (PAC) on her behalf. Even though it sounded like a great deal at first, the man later demanded that she distance herself from Donald Trump and other MAGA type people in exchange for creating the PAC. She turned down the offer.

This whole situation with Lake is helping expose how America’s political system really works versus how people believe it works. Both the Republican and Democrat parties are highly corrupt. Politicians are mostly controlled through some combination of bribes and/or blackmail. This type of control is most obvious with Jewish lobbying groups like AIPAC who use these methods to ensure everybody votes in favor of anything that helps the Zionist terror regime of Israel. Even as they are doing a literal genocide and murdering babies in Gaza.

I am a bit surprised that DeWit immediately resigned after the audio was released though. He proved the audio was authentic by doing that. He also gave a really lame excuse to justify why he was trying to bribe Lake which didn’t help his case either. He literally tried to claim that it was just a normal conversation between friends when it was anything but a normal conversation. He would have been better off just saying that the audio was faked. I doubt people would have believed him, but it would have been a significantly better approach.

This does not make me a big fan of Lake. I am not a fan of women in politics and believe they should be banned from politics. Just take a look at the disaster that people like Lauren Boebert and MTG have been. The recording only shows that Lake is not corrupt which is still a very low bar.
