This is a great idea. Women should absolutely be put in prison for dressing inappropriately.
It is something that should be implemented in America to deal with all the whores who go out in public wearing yoga pants and other ridiculous slut outfits. The only reason any woman should be dressing like this is if they are selling sexual services for money. Most of these women are not explicitly doing this which makes their choice of dress obscene and unacceptable.
Putting women in prison for 10 years if they are dressed inappropriately is fair punishment. I would just argue that the sentence should be 25 years if the inappropriately dressed whore in question is determined to be either fat or ugly.
