After Elon Musk offered to buy 100 percent of Twitter, the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission are reportedly launching an investigation into Tesla.
BREAKING: As @elonmusk offers to buy the rest of @Twitter a legal source tells @FoxBusiness @SECGov and @TheJusticeDept have launched what he described as a "joint investigation" into a myriad of Musk regulatory issues primarily involving @Tesla https://t.co/TDFLED1XuI

This is clearly a threat. There is no other way to spin what this is.
The regime can’t afford to have anybody controlling Twitter who would potentially allow for it to become a platform to freely exchange ideas. That’s because the regime can only survive if their lies and propaganda are amplified and any challenges to their narratives suppressed. That is the primary function of Twitter in its current form.
Musk did a TED talk yesterday and described some of what he wanted to do with Twitter if he was successful in taking it over. He talked about making Twitter’s algorithm open source and having extreme transparency around content deletions. He also described how having a global digital platform for a free exchange of ideas was of great importance and far more valuable than anything economic.
Watch the full TED talk here.
He has some good proposals and appears to be legitimately interested in advancing free speech with this Twitter buyout offer.
Musk has also put Twitter’s board in a tough position. His offer is clearly to the financial benefit of the stockholders. If the board rejects his offer, the board has to explain to the stockholders their rationale for rejecting an offer that was in their financial interests.
If the current Twitter board takes actions contrary to shareholder interests, they would be breaching their fiduciary duty.
The liability they would thereby assume would be titanic in scale.

Musk has said openly that he would dump the stock if the board rejects his offer. This would send the stock plunging and anger investors. So the board has to choose if they want to sell the company to Musk or reject his offer and send the stock plunging.
If they reject his offer, Musk could potentially organize a hostile takeover with angry stockholders. Of course, he’s also going to have to deal with a corrupt government who is already looking at ways to thwart his proposed takeover of the company.
It will be interesting to see how this unfolds, but I am fully supportive of Musk’s efforts. Just the fact that he has an army of verified Twitter Jews raging at him shows that he’s doing something right.
If Elon Musk successfully purchases Twitter, it could result in World War 3 and the destruction of our planet.
