After 8chan got banned from Cloudflare, they immediately attempted to move the site over to use Bitmitigate an alternative ddos protection service. This is the same service that the Daily Stormer has been using to maintain a presence on the normal Internet.
Unfortunately, when 8chan moved over to Bitmitigate, the outrage machine went after them which has brought down all of their customers including the Daily Stormer.
UPDATE: Looks like @voxility just cut off all of Bitmitigate's prefix at their edge routers, shutting down not only their customers but Epik's corporate systems.

So as it stands now, the only way you can access the Daily Stormer right now is via the Tor browser.

Alternatively, the Brave browser offers the ability for users to open up tabs that allow you to connect to the Tor network. So it effectively achieves the same result.
We are reaching a point where it may no longer be possible to maintain any sort of dissident media operation on the normal Internet. Anybody wishing to continue reading dissident materials needs to get used to using Tor immediately.
