Joe Biden delivered a speech at the Global Fund earlier this week. Video of him getting lost trying to exit the stage after giving his speech has drawn a great deal of attention.

We’ve known that this man has been senile for years. His behavior just gets more and more bizarre. There is really no attempt to even conceal it at this point. If there was, they certainly wouldn’t be allowing him to do these public events. Or at the very least, they’d have his wife lead him up to the stage and have her escort him off. That’s what they did when he delivered his infamous red terror speech a few weeks back.

They are basically just shoving this in everyone’s face and telling the American people that yes he’s a senile puppet that we control and there is nothing that you can do about it.
