Go figure. Having a bunch of drug addicts, criminals and homeless zombie niggers running around everywhere is not good for business.
All sorts of companies have already shut down their operations in the city because of how unsafe everything is.

The entire city should just be nuked at this point. Not sure what else I can say besides that. There are many American cities that are in similar shape and this trend is only going to continue.
