AT&T is saying that an “incorrect process” or general incompetence was what caused a major outage of their cellular network earlier this week.
Based on our initial review, we believe the outage was caused by the application & execution of an incorrect process used as we were expanding our network, not a cyber attack. We are continuing our assessment to ensure we keep delivering the service that our customers deserve.

I think AT&T’s explanation is probably accurate. They’ve no doubt hired all sorts of Pakis, and niggers in their engineering departments to satisfy abstract diversity quotas set by HR cunts.

Even if it was a cyberattack, these types of events are generally due to poor security practices which is also a reflection of general incompetence.
Generally speaking, I think many of these recent infrastructure related problems and outages are due to the fact that companies are just hiring dumber people who are doing increasingly stupid things.
