So this brown Latino looking individual allegedly had a Russian social media profile showing himself with Azov and Swastika tattoos. He was also a big fan of Libs of TikTok and Tim Pool. It is being implied that he was radicalized by them to do the shooting.

Some are saying it is a weird psyop of some kind and that is probably true.
