Burger King is being sued for $5 million over the size of their Whopper burger. The suit alleges that the burgers depicted in their advertisements do not align with the burgers that are actually served.

I agree that Burger King falsely depicts their product in advertisement. Fast food companies have done this for years. There is nothing new about this phenomenon. The product is advertised one way and when you actually receive it, the burger typically looks like some 300lb sheboon nigger sat on it.

This has been a problem for a very long time. Falling Down which is now almost a 30-year-old movie made reference to this issue when the character played by Michael Douglas tried to order breakfast at Whammyburger.

With that said, suing a company for $5 million over an undersized burger is an absurdity. The fact that a judge agreed to allow this to move forward is simply insane.

Of course, this is the same “justice” system that said Alex Jones should pay a billion dollars because his views on Sandy Hook hurt people’s feelings.

There’s already laws on the books prohibiting false advertising, but since the federal government hasn’t enforced them against these large fast food companies, we have this retardation circling around the civil courts.
