This is just dumb. What would Russia have to gain from doing such a thing? They are already at war in the Ukraine. Killing a bunch of innocent Russians in a concert hall to demonize the Ukraine serves no purpose. Meanwhile, we’ve regularly seen the Kiev regime target innocent people and committed various acts of terrorism. They’ve demonized themselves enough already.
Dmitry Medvedev has said that if the Ukrainian state had a role to play in the attack that they would destroy their leadership.
