World leaders are crying about the tariffs that Donald Trump has instituted on aluminum and steel.
Here’s a few clips showing the reaction from Canada, Europe and Mexico. Some of these leaders are threatening to go to the World Trade Organization and are claiming that the tariffs are illegal.
Their reaction is a joke. They can cry all they want, but the fact of the matter is that these countries have been robbing us blind via unfair trade practices for decades. They’ve been able to sell their products into the United States with low or no tariffs while American products have been taxed to shit in their countries. These protectionist moves have been long overdue.
Trump commented today about one of the trade imbalances we have with Canada. And this is just one of many.
Canada has treated our Agricultural business and Farmers very poorly for a very long period of time. Highly restrictive on Trade! They must open their markets and take down their trade barriers! They report a really high surplus on trade with us. Do Timber & Lumber in U.S.?

These moves are really the only way to let the rest of the world know that we’re serious about being treated fairly. All of these bogus “free trade” deals have been completely unfair to the American people. Anybody who says otherwise is either an idiot or a liar or both.
