It is obvious why this proposal was rejected. The people responsible for it don’t want to be further exposed as evil war criminals.
The whole world knows the United States and its allies were responsible for this.
BREAKING – Russia fails to get a Nord Stream blast inquiry at the UN.
Only China, Russia and Brazil voted in favour of an independent investigation.
