So shocking that there would be arms fraud happening in one of the most corrupt countries anywhere in the world!
I’m being sarcastic of course. We already knew that nothing was being tracked, that there were no substantive audits and that all sorts of money was being dumped into a black hole. The volume of corruption and fraud that has been going on over there is beyond belief. This has been known for a very long time.
If I had to guess, these people are only being outed because they were competing with or interfering in the business of other corrupt actors.
