It is hard to believe, but this fiasco with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been going on for around a decade now.
There are those who are pointing out how this extradition is a violation of international law.
Amnesty International: "Were Julian Assange to be extradited or subjected to any other transfer to the USA, Britain would be in breach of its obligations under international human rights law" @amnesty #FreeAssangeNOW pic.twitter.com/pqrC8rdxbP

The problem is that the United States and the West in general has no regard for international law. They will disregard international law if international law interferes with their agendas. This is just another example of that. Assange embarrassed them, so they are using him as a way to send a message to anybody else who would think about exposing their criminality.
The whole situation shows what a joke it is when the West talks about freedom of speech and freedom of press. They do not care about these things. They only pretend to care about them.
