One of the interesting things about it is how the algorithm categorizes users by political affiliation.

I fully support Musk making the algorithm open source as it allows the public to make suggestions and to point out flaws.
The fact that it identifies users by political affiliation is something that should be eliminated. Political affiliation or beliefs should have no baring on how the algorithm deals with posts, users etc.. The algorithm should be totally neutral.
