Twitter just stripped a bunch of people of their verified status that they received under the prior management regime because they failed to pay $8. It is actually funny to see this.

There’s all sorts of people whining about the change. That’s because these people viewed the blue check symbol as proof that they were somehow more important than the average person. All sorts of fake news reporters and “journalists” were given this status just because they parroted regime narratives.

These people are really mad that anybody can just pay $8 to get verified status. The reason they are so mad is because the new policy eliminates the alleged special status that went along with the symbol next to their name.

I find the whole situation to be quite hilarious. They’re crying like a bunch of faggots over this when all they have to do is pay $8 to be verified. That shouldn’t be hard for billionaires, celebrities and these paid shills.
