I’m sure Twitch like much of the tech sector hired all sorts of useless women and colorfuls in the name of diversity and affirmative action.
Now that the economy is collapsing, it is no longer feasible for these organizations to keep these people on the staff.
All this diversity, equity and inclusion bullshit was only possible because of a fake bubble economy that was propped up with unlimited money creation and zero percent interest rates. This is all collapsing. Organizations that want to survive need to immediately abandon this social justice nonsense and focus on business. There are of course many organizations that are not doing this and they will be out of business in short order.
