A person like Colbert has sold his soul to the devil. No person with a soul would willingly promote a death shot like this.
I believe that any prominent person on television or in media promoting these shots are complicit in genocide. Every one of these people deserve to be hung. There is plenty of information available showing that these shots are killing people and to continue promoting them knowing what they are doing to people is evil beyond belief.
I do not know if people like Colbert will be held accountable in this life, but they will be held accountable by God. Colbert will be in hell when he is dead.
