We keep hearing news about company’s firing huge numbers of people, yet the media is claiming that this latest jobs report shows hiring being strong.
Hiring is not strong. Most of the new jobs that were “added” were actually part time jobs. In fact, the report appears to indicate that this is the result of people getting second jobs because they can’t keep up with inflation with just their first job.

All these jobs numbers, economic figures and other bullshit that is put out by the government, the media etc.. are mostly all spun to make you think things are going well when they are not.
I mean look at the price of eggs. This is not an indicator that the economy is functioning properly.
