South Africa’s Negro president had extreme difficulties putting on a face mask during a recent televised address.
How embarrassing. Talk about an epic fail.
Most blacks due to their low intelligence levels probably don’t know how to put on a face mask. This weird episode seems to prove that.
It is probably why the Negro US Surgeon General issued a weird statement a few months ago telling people to stop buying masks.
Seriously people- STOP BUYING MASKS!
They are NOT effective in preventing general public from catching #Coronavirus, but if healthcare providers can’t get them to care for sick patients, it puts them and our communities at risk!

He probably had little confidence in people being able to put masks on properly due to the inability of his racial kin to wear them.
