In Scotland they have apparently chopped down around 16 million trees to build wind farms.

These giant windmills are ugly and are not very good at producing power. The fact that they cut down so many trees to build these eyesores is ridiculous. It’s caled “green energy” so the tree hugging environmentalists crowd don’t say anything about this.
Most of these solar and wind power projects are nothing more than scams and boondoggles. They’re only allowed to happen because they are marketed and pushed as ways to fight the fake problem of climate change. It’s all so stupid.
This nonsense is part of the conspiracy to deindustrialize the West. Nuclear power would be the obvious answer to solve this fake problem of climate change but you don’t see any real interest in the West in nuclear power. Germany even went so far as to close down a number of their nuclear power plants.
