Even with though their energy infrastructure is being crippled and they are losing the war badly, he continues to refuse negotiations.
He is clearly acting on orders of the US State Department. Any normal leader would have called for negotiations a long time ago. He is content to let the Ukrainian people die and suffer because he is Jewish and most Ukrainians are not Jewish.
