It appears as if the display of Hitler was an accident as it was part of some type of YouTube quiz game.
A Michigan State staffer has been suspended after Hitler appeared on the jumbotron prior to the game against Michigan.
It was part of a YouTube trivia game and a complete accident.

It doesn’t matter though. This minor incident caused Jews to remember the painful memories of the fake Holocaust event so the staffer responsible for this will have to lose their job. The staffer’s life will be forever ruined by Jews for having that image of Hitler put on such a large screen.
