The explosion and its aftermath were so substantial that they were visible from a distance of 30 miles.

Israel probably did this. They are certainly the most likely suspect.
There was also a second act of sabotage elsewhere inside of Iran.

So yeah the Jews probably did this. Whenever something unusual happens blaming the Jews is always a good default position and this is no exception.
