There were reports of this same behavior back in 2009. In fact, they admitted doing it.
In 2009 a Swedish outlet revealed that Israel was harvesting organs from Palestinians.
It caused a major outpour of anger from Israel claiming it was "antisemitic" & "blood libel".
A while later, Israeli doctors admitted they did all that.
