This comes a day before he is set to visit the White House to beg for money or whatever.
It is hard to take this announcement seriously. He’s proposed peace plans in the past which were basically just him telling Russia to surrender and do everything he demanded.
He’s not in a position to demand anything. The Ukrainian military is in a state of collapse and nobody wants to give him any more money.
Did he even consult with Russia about these “peace talks”? The Russians are probably laughing at this. He’s not in a position to dictate or decide anything.
