We are now seeing a steady diet of videos from China showing protests against their zero COVID lockdowns. The Jewish media and the their proxies are claiming that the protests are threatening Xi Jinping’s rule over the country.

While some of these clips might be old or even faked, there are certainly select lockdowns occurring in various Chinese cities and there have been protests and riots against them. The city with that giant iPhone factory being one of the more notable ones. The lockdowns and protests do not appear to be happening in the entire country though.

I’ve been critical of China’s zero COVID policies because it makes them look bad on the world stage. When the world was still in the grips of the COVID hysteria, I could at least understand why they would use it as an excuse to implement an unofficial trade embargo on the United States. Now, I’m not sure what the purpose behind all of this is.

Sure, Chinese people like Asians in general have serious phobias around germs, viruses etc.. Even before COVID-19 you would see these people walking around airports with masks on, but this zero COVID stuff is quite extreme even by Asian standards.

The problem with all this is that these lockdowns are giving the Jewish media an opportunity to delegitimize the Chinese government. It also can’t be great for the economic and social fabric of the country.

With that said, I don’t believe these protests are a threat to Xi at all. They just won a significant victory in Taiwan with the pro-reunification KMT party winning massively. It seems as if these events are being blown out of proportion to delegitimize Xi’s rule.
