This is one of the strangest statements I have ever seen in my life.
The Anti-Homosexuality Act passed by the Ugandan Parliament yesterday would undermine fundamental human rights of all Ugandans and could reverse gains in the fight against HIV/AIDS. We urge the Ugandan Government to strongly reconsider the implementation of this legislation.

Uganda has passed a law against gay butt sex and this Jew Antony Blinken claims that this law undermines the fight against HIV/AIDS.
Homosexual behavior is directly linked to AIDS or as it was originally called GRIDS. To imply that limiting homosexuality would hinder the fight against AIDS makes no sense at all.
He’s basically implying that gay sex acts cures GRIDS/AIDS and that all Ugandan people are homosexuals.
1.When did homosexuality become a cure or a remedy for HIV/AIDs?
2.When did ALL Ugandans become gay? Since you say the law affects 'all' Ugandans?

This is like arguing that laws against murder actually encourage murder. Blinken’s statement is so stupid it defies comprehension.
The scary thing is that this ridiculous Jew is the top person in charge of American foreign policy. It is no wonder why the world doesn’t want to do business with the United States. Who the hell would want to deal with such a ridiculous and stupid person like Blinken.
